• 500g plus extra for dusting
• 75g Caster sugar
• 2 tsp Mixed spice
• 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
• 1 Lemon, finely grated zest only
• 5g Salt
• 10g Fast action Yeast
• 40g Butter
• 300ml Milk
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 250g Sultanas

Topping
• 75g Plain flour
• 2 tbsp Golden syrup for glazing
